Bernheim Forest and Arboretum is approaching our 90th anniversary, and we strive to THINK BIG everyday by demonstrating thought leadership within and beyond our borders. Bernheim just recently purchased 494 acres, bringing our total acreage to over 16,000 and continuing to make us the largest privately held forest in the eastern United States dedicated to conservation and education. This land will protect our watershed and some incredible forest habitats, including Harper the Golden Eagle who is making his return to Bernheim and should be here any day!
