Advancement Coordinator

The Advancement Coordinator supports Bernheim’s comprehensive fundraising efforts by enhancing donor experiences and events, strengthening the midlevel donor pipeline, driving annual fund campaign activities, and advancing both prospect research and grant research and management.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the President & CEO, providing high-level
administrative and operational support. This role acts as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior leadership,
coordinates executive communications and outreach, and manages special projects of
organizational significance.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator manages digital communications efforts and supports the overall communications strategy to convey Bernheim’s mission, vision, and strategic plan. The position provides support for Bernheim’s earned and owned communications that attract and engage audiences and heighten brand reputation.

Horticulture Manager

The Horticulture Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of maintenance, enhancements, and the overall aesthetic of Bernheim’s 620-acre, Level IV Arboretum. The Horticulture Manager will directly manage the workflow and productivity of Horticulturist(s) and
Assistant Horticulturist(s) while encouraging and empowering a sense of confidence and autonomy in individuals work process.
