Wedding Rental Form
All wedding packages include a four-hour setup and rehearsal window the day before your event. Each package includes a full-day rental during business hours, 7:00 a.m. to closing (varies by season).
Any additional time needed past closing will incur an after-hours fee of $100 per hour.
Ceremony and Reception Packages
Garden Pavilion & Quiet Garden
This wedding package starts at $2,000 and has a capacity of 60 people.
Surrounded by sweeping views of Lake Nevin and some of Bernheim’s most colorful plant collections, the Quiet Garden, just a short distance from the Garden Pavilion, is perfect for an intimate outdoor ceremony. Flowering plants encircle a manicured lawn, featuring a stone walkway and brick-paved paths for a dramatic processional. Amenities include electricity and paved pathways for limited accessibility.
The Garden Pavilion offers an indoor reception space to complement the outdoor ceremony is easily accessible and located at the edge of Lake Nevin. Amenities include electricity, wi-fi, a small kitchen area, and accessible restrooms.
Education Gallery & Quiet Garden
This wedding package starts at $2,500 and has a capacity of 100 people.
Combine the intimacy of the Quiet Garden and the ultimate flexibility of a reception at The Education Center Gallery, just a short distance from each other on Arboretum Way.
The Quiet Garden, located a short distance from the front entrance of Bernheim, provides an intimate environment with breathtaking views of Lake Nevin. Amenities include electricity and paved pathways for moderate accessibility. The Education Center Gallery is a large, open indoor space that offers flexibility so that you can celebrate your day in your special way. This venue is accessible and conveniently located near a large parking area. Amenities for the Education Center Gallery include electricity, accessible restrooms, and wi-fi.
Event Pavilion
This wedding package starts at $2,000 and has a capacity of 150 people.
Set against a wooded backdrop, Bernheim’s Event Pavilion is nestled in a clearing at the base of Forest Hill Drive. No matter what the season, this beautiful, handcrafted timber-frame pavilion is the perfect space for both a ceremony and a reception. The space is near the restrooms at Bernheim’s historic silos. Amenities for the Event Pavilion include electricity and lighting.
Sunset Amphitheater
This wedding package starts at $2,000 and has a capacity of 200 people.
The Sunset Amphitheater offers expansive space to host your dream wedding. Featuring a stage overlooking Lake Nevin and a terraced viewing area, this space also offers open lawn space to spread out the festivities. Though this venue space is large, its location, tucked on the back side of Lake Nevin, gives it an intimate feel. Amenities for the Sunset Amphitheater include electricity and water.
CEREMONY ONLY VENUES
Quiet garden rentals for ceremony only start at $1,000.
Rent the Quiet Garden, Sunset Amphitheater, or Event Pavilion. Ceremony rentals are limited to a four-hour window of time.
