Meditation Trail (0.5 mi)

By Bernheim

The Meditation Trail, created in memory of Lily Banerjee, invites you to connect with nature along the peaceful Bent Twig Trail. This serene path features six spurs, each offering a unique meditation prompt inspired by the qualities of nearby trees. Thoughtfully placed signs introduce you to each tree’s positive attributes, such as abundance (persimmon), generosity (tulip poplar), and strength (red oak), while guiding your mindfulness practice.
