SAVE THE DATE: CONNECT at Bernheim celebrates the intersection of art, science, and nature

CONNECT at Bernheim returns on August 26 for an enchanting evening of live music, interactive art, hands-on science, beer, wine, and more!

CLERMONT, Ky  July 31, 2023– Discover the enchanting intersection of art, science, and nature during CONNECT, Bernheim’s annual eclectic evening event. Join us on August 26, 2023, 4:21 – 10:21 p.m. to experience Lake Nevin. It comes alive with spontaneous art, light sculptures, and musical performances from renowned artists, as well as hands-on art and science activities.

Visitors of all ages can bask in the glow of sunset in the forest, march to the beat of the drum circle, and enjoy unique experiences throughout the day and evening. Refreshments from local food trucks, wine, and beer vendors will also be available throughout the event.

The live music lineup includes a variety of artists that will have everyone swaying under the late summer sky. Celebrate love and unity with the beats with Mighty Shades of Ebony, enjoy the sweet sound and beautiful lyrics of local singer-songwriter Kathryn Brooks and celebrate the tradition and fun of Afrobeat with The Afrophysicists.

Activities include fun for all ages, from a Glow-in-the-Dark Bubble Zone, Sand Pit, and Free Play Area to hands-on nature discovery stations. A walk around Lake Nevin will take visitors through light-based art installations and other nature activities.

Treat your taste buds with refreshments from a selection of food trucks. Beer from Mile Wide Beer Co. and West Sixth Brewery will also be available for purchase.

Bernheim members at the $120 level and above are invited to experience the event from the James B. Beam Distilling Co. Forest Lounge, where they can enjoy a grazing table and signature cocktails, along with prime seating for the live music.
