Spring is just days away, so it’s time to get back outside and enjoy the natural world! Spring into action by becoming a Bernheim member!
To celebrate spring’s arrival on March 20, Bernheim will be kicking off our spring membership drive with your chance to join before rates increase. Now through April 1, renew or purchase a membership at the current rate of $50 per household and $35 for military or senior level.
Our members receive numerous benefits, including free daily admission, discounted rates on programs and festivals, early registration for Camp Bernheim, discounts at 345+ gardens throughout North America, as well as at local businesses. Benefits will continue to grow, as your collective memberships help support Bernheim’s mission.
JUST ANNOUNCED – all Bernheim members will receive a pass that allows them to shop at Columbia Sportswear’s employee store in Shepherdsville, where they’ll receive discounts up to 50% off regular retail pricing between April 28 and May 28. In addition, during that timeframe, 10% of all sales will go back to Bernheim up to a $25,000 donation. Outfit yourself for your spring hike and support Bernheim in the process!
For the first time in 15 years, Bernheim will increase our membership rates beginning April 1, 2023, for new members. New household memberships will increase to $75 and the senior/military rates will be $50. New members who join during the month of April and use the code ACTION will receive a $10 discount on a household membership!
As a thank you for your continued support, all existing members will receive a legacy rate when you renew through the end of 2023. Current members will receive a code to renew at this rate in your renewal letters. As we look ahead to the next few years, we are excited to bring you new programs and experiences that will enhance your visit. Zones 2 and 3 of Playcosystem will be completed. Our next big art experience, L+A+N+D, is coming. Our programs and festivals continue to expand to provide many more ways to celebrate nature! Your support is critical to this growth while also protecting our land from threats including climate change, invasive species, and biodiversity loss.
Bernheim is 100% member and donor supported. We rely on members, donors, and visitors like you to help us fulfill our mission of connecting people with nature.
Also beginning on April 1, Bernheim will be asking for a $15 per car recommended donation at the front gate. Donations are appreciated but not required. All donations support our conservation, horticulture, research, and education efforts. Our mission is to connect all people with nature, so we allow everyone to experience the natural beauty, fresh air, and peace of mind at Bernheim.
