It’s spring cleaning time at Isaac’s Café and time to make room in our freezer. We are using the bounty of our well stocked garden freezer to create mouthwatering soups and specials. It won’t be long before the Edible Garden is in full swing and our dedicated volunteers will be filling up the freezer once again with summer’s bounty of squash, peppers, roasted eggplant, beets and sweet potatoes along with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil pesto and so much more, just for use next winter at Isaac’s.
Our specials will be changing from day to day this week so stop in and see what’s cookin’!
Monday’s special: cup of potato leek soup and a gourmet grilled cheese for only $5.95
