From Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4, children of all ages can celebrate Spring Break Adventure Week at Bernheim by participating in FREE daily drop-in activities at our Visitor Center:
Discovery Stations: 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Hands-on Discovery Stations, featuring a variety of nature, science, art, and play activities, will be set up daily at the Visitor Center for families to explore at their leisure. Bernheim staff and Volunteer Naturalists will be on hand to help bring each Discovery Station to life.
Guided Nature Hike: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Bernheim staff and Volunteer Naturalists will lead a guided nature hike through Bernheim’s spring landscape each afternoon.
Families are also encouraged to fish in Lake Nevin, enjoy free play at the Children’s Play Garden or take a hike on-their-own on one of Bernheim’s many trails. The forest is open for exploration!
