It was great to see so many of our Giving Circles members at this year’s State of the Forest. The annual event provides Giving Circles members with an exclusive update on Bernheim’s conservation and land stewardship efforts complete with tasty treats from Isaac’s Café. It’s also our way of saying thank you to those who join Bernheim Giving Circles.
Bernheim established Giving Circles as a way to recognize donors who make major gifts that further our mission of connecting people with nature. These gifts help protect nature, educate the public and develop the next generation of naturalists.
From the songs and storytelling of Erica Wheeler, hearing about the adventures of Harper the Golden Eagle, and Bernheim’s GIANT secret coming this spring, we hope our guests were inspired to THINK BIG – just like Mr. Bernheim did nearly 90 years ago.
