On May 13th last year we were still in the process of building the raised beds for the Edible Garden. We didn’t get crops planted last year until June and July. We are in better shape this year. Especially after our horticulture volunteers spent most of this morning topping off the beds with new soil. These two pictures help you see the progress. The more recent photo is on top.
