The Edible Garden is providing the palate for some incredibly fresh soups, salads and sandwiches. It should be music to your ears to hear that we grow the bulk of our ingredients just 200 steps away in the Edible Garden. Where else can you get a delicious, healthy meal, take a fun hike, or shop in a beautiful building with the forest all around you?
While you are gearing up for the fun of CONNECT this Saturday evening, stop in at Isaac’s Café for our lunch special, take a hike, shop, talk to our friendly staff and see what connections you can make. You just might find that putting all these things together helps connect you with nature, and that’s our goal.
This week’s $5.95 special: fresh made soup of the day and grilled cheese with a slice of heirloom tomato and fresh basil. As always, you can get that with vegan “cheese”, just ask! We also have seasonal sides to take full advantage of the bounty from the garden.
