Celebrate National Trails Day and Family Fishing Days

By Amy Joseph Landon

Saturday, June 7 is National Trails Day and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than coming to Bernheim. There are more than 40 miles of trails from which to choose, ranging in length from a quarter of a mile to the nearly 14 mile Millennium Trail.   So there’s something for everyone.  And since it’s also the first Saturday of the month, ECO Kids Discovery Day and the ECO Kids Polloywog Party are getting in on the celebration too.  For a description of Bernheim’s many trails, click here.

On Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8, you can also come celebrate Family Fishing Days at Bernheim. On these 2 days only, visitors can cast a line without a license at Bernheim’s Cedar Pond, Holly Pond and Lake Nevin.
