Comparing Soils During Water Runoff

Bernheim Executive Director Mark Wourms explored the runoff of different kinds of soil during July rain storms. The storms highlighted the ways soil carries water in both positive and negative ways. Bernheim Executive Director Mark Wourms observes healthy and unhealthy runoff at Bernheim. Thanks to the James B. Beam Natural Water Sanctuary Alliance at Bernheim, we continue to improve our runoff and keep clean water flowing into our surrounding communities.
