A Day on Lake Nevin

The view of Lake Nevin from the Cypress Tupelo Swamp throughout the day – May 6, 2020. The Cypress Tupelo Swamp was planted during construction of our Visitor Center, which was completed in 2005, in order to offset the wood we used for the building, even though most of the wood was repurposed. The building was awarded LEED Platinum Certification in 2007, one of the first for the region.
