Are you sick of being stuck inside of the house this winter? Then come on out to Bernheim this weekend and enjoy a couple days of spring weather! Forecasters are predicting temperatures will rise to the mid and upper 60s, just in time for a handful of fun-filled nature programs.

Here are just a few ways to spend your time at Bernheim this weekend:

  • Bring the family to  ECO Kids Discovery Days: Seeing Green from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday. Families will investigate mosses, ferns, and lichens thriving in the winter landscape in the day’s On Your Own Challenge and then explore hands-on Discovery Stations and the guided hike of the day in the afternoon.
  • Explore Bernheim’s backcountry from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Sunday in Bernheim Backroads.

Programming isn’t the only way to explore Bernheim this weekend. Enjoy the weather with a hike, lunch on the patio at Isaac’s Café, or bring the kids to our Children’s Play Garden.

Take off those winter coats, grab your hiking shoes, and get to Bernheim this weekend! We’ll see you soon.
