Volunteer Orientation

Are you looking for volunteer opportunities?  Consider becoming a Bernheim volunteer.  We couldn’t do it without them.  Bernheim volunteers are critical to our success.  And there are tons of ways you can help.  If you are interested in learning more, join us for the Volunteer Orientation Training on Saturday, July 14 from 10 a.m. to Noon at the Education Center.

Volunteers work with our expert staff in all areas of Bernheim, from maintaining our 600-acre arboretum to removing invasive species in the forest, to leading school tours and other family activities, and so much more (fill out an application and learn about our volunteer opportunities here). It’s a great way to spend time outside, help a worthwhile organization, learn from Bernheim’s staff and other volunteers, and even make some new friends.

Orientation training is free, but registration is appreciated. Call (502) 955-8512 to register.
