Say hello to freshness at Isaac's Café: Café Specials May 9-13, 2016

Lettuce Harvest 5-8-16There are few things more rewarding than planting, harvesting, and then eating fresh vegetables that you grew yourself.  Unfortunately, many people don’t have the time, the space, or the know-how to do that.  The Edible Garden at Bernheim, just 200 steps away from Isaac’s Café, is already producing an abundant harvest.  Our garden steward, Cole Alexander has done the planting and the staff and volunteers are already harvesting this abundance for Isaac’s Café to serve, in the form of fresh-made soups, salads and side dishes.  Now all you have to do is show up, order, and enjoy!  So say “hello” to freshness at Isaac’s Café, open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Watch for our new summer menu, coming soon.

This week’s special:  Grilled ham and cheese sandwich with your choice of a cup of soup or side salad.  Remember, this can be made vegan, vegetarian or gluten free to meet your dietary needs!  $5.95
