Portland Plays – Playground Building Day

Portland Plays - group planning exerciseOn Saturday, September 7th Bernheim helped the Portland Plays group kickstart a new playground effort at the Peoples Garden in Portland.  It was an amazing day of play and we can’t wait to be a part of the next playground building day.  Supported in part through the Bernheim Children at Play Initiative the Portland Plays group involved children in the design of a playground that will help redefine free-play in nature in our community.  To learn more about the Initiative or the 2013 Children at Play Conference on October 4th and 5th at Bernheim go HERE.  Here’s a few photos from the playground building day.
