After a week of giving thanks, shopping for deals early, locally, and online, now it’s time to give back. Enter #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving something more. On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
At Bernheim, we have much to be thankful for – the beauty of Mother Nature that surrounds us and the generosity of our donors and members, without whom we would not be able to preserve our 14,000+ acres of land for future generations to enjoy. Our educational programming, Arts in Nature program, Edible Garden, plant collections and more would not be possible without the support of so many people in our community and beyond.
