Bernheim Forest and Arboretum recently completed its second call for experiences through our newly established L+A+N+D (Landscape + Art + Nature + Design) program, which invites artists, designers, and creatives from around the world to envision bold, innovative, and immersive outdoor projects that connect people more deeply with the natural world.
We were thrilled by the incredible response, receiving 163 submissions from 25 countries, 26 U.S. states, and 12 from Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
From this talented pool, 12 finalists have been selected to advance to the final review stage, where their proposals will be evaluated by an external panel of esteemed professionals in art, architecture, design, and sustainability.
Once selections are confirmed and contracts are signed, we’ll proudly announce the 2025 L+A+N+D recipients on our website. So stay tuned!
