Materials: Harvested eucalyptus, driftwood, and felled trees from Bernheim
Created by artist Jayson Fann, Spirit Nest is an interactive sculpture designed specifically for Bernheim’s Playcosystem. Built from eucalyptus, reclaimed driftwood from the Ohio River, and trees harvested from Bernheim’s own landscape, the structure invites free, adventurous play while also serving as a gathering space for outdoor learning. From storytelling and nature-based lessons to multicultural exchanges, Spirit Nest fosters connection—between people, nature, and imagination.
Location: Zone 2 of Playcosystem.
