Step off the trail and into a world where creativity takes root! Bernheim’s Arts in Nature program celebrates the curious connection between people, art, and the living landscape. From towering sculptures to hidden installations, every piece invites you to see the forest from a new perspective, to pause, wonder, and let imagination wander.
For decades, artists have found inspiration beneath our canopy, and now it’s your turn to experience their work in the wild.
Meet the Tin Man
Heart of the Forest
Officially named the Heart of the Forest, this sculpture invites visitors to discover nature and inspires protection of the forest and the planet. Rooted in a past as a woodcutter, the Tin Man now stands as a symbol of emotional renewal and ecological care.
Surrounded by forest, he reminds us that true transformation begins when we choose to protect the natural world.
