The Membership Manager is responsible for implementing Bernheim’s Annual Membership Plan, including membership recruitment, retention, and engagement to achieve monthly and annual goals. The Membership Manager oversees the coordination of membership staff working in the public membership office located in Bernheim’s Visitor Center.
The Membership Manager will work both at Bernheim and in neighboring communities to market and grow Bernheim’s membership benefits. The Membership Manager will create engagement events to show appreciation and engage Bernheim members. The Membership Manager will work closely with Bernheim’s Corporate Partners Manger to promote and secure Corporate Memberships with local, national, and global businesses for their employees.
Bernheim’s Membership Manger will work in partnership with Bernheim’s Marketing & Communications Department to find creative ways to celebrate existing members and showcase the value and importance of Bernheim membership through various media outlets. The Membership Manager will oversee two annual membership drives, a holiday gift membership campaign, and in-kind memberships.
