Water Quality Certification Comment Materials

The KY Division of Water must approve any construction or other activity in or along a stream that could in any way obstruct waterways or adversely impact water quality. The proposed LG&E natural gas pipeline as stated in this Water Quality Certification would create substantial harm to water at Bernheim.

The public comment period for LG&E’s proposed natural gas pipeline is now open until December 18, 2020. Comments may be submitted by e-mail or mail. Learn more about submitting a comment here.
