In this comprehensive 6-hour workshop, students will begin their nature journaling practice, by first constructing 5” x 7” leather bound sketchbooks, then learning several sketching and watercolor techniques.

We will end the day by taking a stroll and doing some nature journaling en plein air. Students will go home with their new sketchbook, pencil, Micron pen, brush and watercolor samples. All materials included.

Appropriate for enthusiastic beginners. Ages 16+, Maximum 12 Participants; 3 Person Minimum.

Workshop takes place at Garden Pavilion with an hour lunch at 12:30pm. Bring your lunch or order something seasonal from Isaac’s Café.
