Learn to carve your own holiday linoleum block prints in this hands-on workshop!

Artist and Bernheim Arts Program Coordinator Teresa Koester will guide participants step by step through the entire process—from transferring a drawing to a soft-cut linoleum block, carving the block, and hand-stamping the design.

The workshop begins with selecting a holiday-themed image and continues through printing and hand embellishing once the ink has dried. All art materials are provided, and no prior experience is required.

Each participant will leave with:

• Three final 5” x 7” holiday notecards with envelopes
• A printed instruction handout
• Their own 4” x 6” linoleum block to continue creating at home

This beginner-friendly workshop offers a festive way to learn printmaking while creating personalized cards to share during the holiday season.

Each Nature (+) class begins with a short interpretive stroll led by a naturalist, offering context and inspiration before creating.
