BloomFest

After a three-year hiatus, BloomFest is back!
Bernheim’s annual celebration of spring includes tons of great activities for children including arts and crafts, garden faerie house construction and naturalist-led discovery stations and musical entertainment.
All of the day’s festivities run from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
BloomFest is also a great time to experience Playcosystem, Bernheim’s recently-opened natural play area.
Special for 2022 – We will be selling a very limited quantity of 19 cultivars of Japanese maples. Many of these cultivars are rarely available in trade. Trees range in size from 3-15 gallons. All proceeds benefit Bernheim. Bernheim members will receive a 10% discount on their purchase.
The Japanese maple sale will be from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Visitor Center.
Join us at Spirit Nest from noon to 3 p.m. to enjoy the jazzy sounds of Definitely Pinwheels. Their blend of jazz standards and original songwriting with hot club swing creates a style that’s both modern and nostalgic.
This is a free event. $10 recommended donation per car for non-members still applies.
