“Hope is a thing with feathers…” Emily Dickson
The pandemic has led to a birding boom. As people began to limit their interactions with others, many discovered or rediscovered the joy, peace, and stress release of bird watching or birding. Join Volunteer Naturalists, Karen, and Jim Scout to learn basic birding tips but also to share stories of how birding has lifted your spirits or perhaps even improved, your mental and physical health.
