Artist in Residence Meet and Greet

Bernheim presents an Artist in Residence Meet and Greet to welcome 2021 – 2022 Artists in Residence. Join Anne Peabody from New York and AKUNZO (Karola Pezzaro and Aris de Bakker) from the Netherlands as they present their work and creative practice. These artists have been planning and creating incredible work during their residency experiences and are excited to share their processes and artistic practice with you. Bernheim is trilled to work with each of them and look forward to seeing their site-specific work come to fruition. 

The Artist in Residence Meet and Greet will also feature an opportunity to see AKUNZO’s large scale installation OXYGEN while it is in progress. An interactive element to the work invites the audience to write or draw their wishes and thoughts about their relationship with nature on labels that will be tied to the branches of OXYGEN. 

The event is free and open to the public, but reservations are requested as seating is limited. A $10 donation is suggested at the gate. Members are always free.
