2023 Artist in Residence Meet and Greet

Bernheim presents an Artist in Residence Meet and Greet to welcome 2023 Artists in Residence.
Join Sam Hensley from Chicago, IL, Regional Artist in Residence, Vallorie Henderson from Berea, KY, and Environmental Artists in Residence, Kelly Jimenez and Alejandro Franco of the artist collective, La Vispera from Pittsburgh, PA, as they speak about their work and creative practice. Bernheim is thrilled to work with each of them and look forward to seeing their site-specific work come to fruition.
This casual event will take place at Bernheim’s Spirit Nest, located in Zone 2 of Playcosystem, near the Visitor Center. Event is from 2 – 4 p.m. with artist introductions beginning around 2:30 p.m. Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
The event is free and open to the public. A $15 donation is suggested at the gate. Members are always free. In the event of inclement weather, this event will take place at the Garden Pavilion.
