Join fitness instructor Amy May for this six-week program series that combines two popular classes into one great outdoor workout.
The first 45 minutes of classes will include a boot camp-style workout, designed to burn fat and sculpt muscle using body weight, resistance bands, and hand weights. Classes will conclude with a relaxing yoga routine to help lengthen just-worked muscles and prevent soreness.
Participants are encouraged, but not required, to bring their own mats.
Class size is limited. Registration and payment is due prior to the first attended class. Students can join this series any time prior to the second class. Program fees are not pro-rated for late joiners. No refunds are offered beyond the completion of the first attended class.
